How it works:
Postal Service regulations require using a Cremated Remains Kit shipment box. These boxes are available for free at your post office, and also to order online at usps.com. You pay the postage, which varies depending on distance.
Within 3-4 weeks of receiving the cremains back we will send you your finished piece(s) via UPS. If there happen to be any cremains left over when the memorial is complete you have two choices: 1) They can be respectfully scattered over a private natural landscape or.. 2) Cremains can be returned, and shipped with the same USPS required kit. The cost would be charged to you.
